Sale Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for any products or services sold through our website once a purchase is completed.

In case you wish to exchange the product due to personal reasons, applicable logistic charges will be included. Exchange request is eligible only within 24 Hours of receipt of the product.

1. Exceptions for Defective or Damaged Goods

We only provide replacements for items that are received in a defective or damaged condition.

• Reporting Period: You must report any damage or defects within 24 Hours of receiving the item.

• Process: To report an issue, please contact us at info@heritagecraft.in with your order number and photos of the damage. We will, at our discretion, provide a replacement for qualified cases.

Kindly note that no replacement is applicable in case of :

1. Food items (wherein the food item has been tampered with/opened by the customer).
